i just discovered you and you are now literally my favorite tumblr blog that talks about femininity!!!! in every post you left NO CRUMBS!! what are no-nos (attitude, looks, etc) that you should avoid at all times to maximize our pretty privilege? Thank u hunny đˇ
Before anyone has a hissy fit that Iâm âtelling everyone they have to do these thingsâ, keep in mind that the keyword anon used here is MAXIMIZE pretty privilege. Meaning, you donât have to do these things. But if you want to take it to the next level, here ya go.
Do not leave the house with your hair less than perfect. You have a brush. You have a comb. You have hot styling tools. You have youtube tutorials. Do your hair and do it right. Hair is so important to womenâs looks. So so so important. No one was born knowing how to do their hair perfectly, it takes time and practice. Weâre in the middle of a pandemic. Iâm sure you can find some time for it.

Ignore âadviceâ telling you that dieting and exercise is the devil. Itâs not. It keeps your body fit and active and healthier, which is more visually appealing to the general public. No matter how much you hate to hear it, the fact of the matter is that most people will respond 10x better to a body that is in shape and at a healthy weight. You can say that itâs not fair or not right or the evil patriarchy at work but when youâre done complaining, the truth will still be that the world prefers fit bodies.

People respect modesty. People are turned on by skin. There is a balance that you can play with. Walk the line and walk it well. Fully covered up but with clothes that fit to show off your curves. Overall modest outfit but with some leg out. Play both sides.

Wear makeup. Doesnât need much more of an explanation really. Bring out your best features, add some color and vibrancy to your face.

Do not wear loungewear or house clothes outside. Wear REAL CLOTHES when you leave the house. REAAAALLLL CLOOOTTHHHEEESSS. Dresses, skirts, jeans, blouses. Not sweats and hoodies. Dress up for crying out loud. Most people donât do that these days, so you will definitely get pretty privilege from it. Refine your style and dress up properly every day.

Do not skip your daily grooming. Your beauty routine should include daily bathing, exfoliating, skin care, hair removal, nail care, and dental care. Smooth skin, white teeth, manicured nails, yes maâam.

Heels are the ultimate pretty privilege shoe. No other shoe will ever have the same impact as heels do. You want to really maximize pretty privilege? Start wearing heels. High heels, low heels, block heels, platform heels, heeled boots, idc. You said you want max PP so thereâs your answer.
Avoid cursing in public. A lot of people find it vulgar or crude.

NEVER fight in public. Not verbally, definitely not physically (????), not with your friends, not with your bf, not with customer service. Donât cop an attitude, donât use aggressive body language, donât behave in a vicious manner. Control yourself. Control your emotions. Stay composed.
Donât smoke. Donât smoke. Donât smoke donât smoke donât smoke donât smoke donât sm

You get one drink and one drink only. Keep your senses sharp. Donât look sloppy. âParty girlâ and âalcoholicâ are not words you want attached to you. Stop trying to keep up with the chuggers. Stop trying to out-drink your friends. And definitely stop posting pics of you getting wasted on girls night. Actually, limit how much alcohol you talk about and post pictures of in general.

Real hair, naturally occurring hair colors, makeup that is simple but impactful, non-tattooed skin, and clothing that isnât too âout thereâ is what the absolute majority of people respond best to. Thatâs a fact. It doesnât mean they donât respond well to the contrary, it just means they respond BEST to what I said. Remember: the context here was MAXIMIZE pretty privilege.

Donât let your politics become your main personality trait.

NEW BLOG POST about pretty privilege!!Â

NEW BLOG POST about pretty privilege!!Â
Do you have tips for using pretty privilege during a job interview?
Wear bright colors. Not loud hues though, go for softer shades or pastels. Pink, lavender, baby blue, or white.
Wear jewelry but keep it simple. A necklace with a single diamond or pearl looks good. If youâre wearing dangly earrings, keep them small. If youâre wearing studs, go for medium sized so they still stand out but arenât distracting.
Sometimes it may be odd or not quite appropriate to wear a dress to an interview, especially if the job will be very casual or entry level. A power suit is not needed for a restaurant hostess interview. You canât go wrong with a nice pair of slim trousers and a blouse in the above mentioned colors.
Heels! Closed toe stilettos with a moderate height. Youâre not here to party. Youâre here to make a good impression.
For nails, Iâd either paint my own natural nails or just get a simple french tip with a modest length. You want your nails done but not too flashy.
Wear a feminine perfume that isnât too overwhelming.
Wear big bouncy curls in your hair! Iâd avoid hair accessories though.
Smile! A lot! Be very open and friendly. Laugh at their jokes, give a cute little giggle, put your hands over your mouth and say, âoh my goodness youâre embarrassing me! đâ. When then interview ends, say, âI really enjoyed meeting you. Thanks for making the conversation so comfortable and funny.â Let them know that theyâve impressed a pretty girl. Theyâll want you around.
Be very elegant and use proper manners and etiquette. Say please and thank you, sit down in a feminine manner, be calm and collected. Pretend that youâre a princess when you move.
Allow people give you pretty girl perks. Others will be inclined to follow suit when people have already dubbed you the pretty girl. If someone offers you a drink, take it. If you drop something and someone begins the motions of picking it up for you, let them pick it up. If someone compliments you, graciously accept the compliment.

How to stop feeling embarassed for everything
â Ë・âŕ¨ŕ§Ë ⥠Ëŕ¨ŕ§âď˝ĄË â
I know a lot of people struggle with this, this is the same for me, but I've overcame the severe part and I'm here to share some tips to stop feeling embarassed about everything.
ŕ¨ŕ§Undestand you can't control everythingŕ¨ŕ§
This is so important, cause it lifts a lot out of weight off your chest, undestand that sometime things are not always dictated by your actions, you may just play around 30%-70% of a role in your circumstances, but it's never always 100% . So dont put all the blame on you.
ŕ¨ŕ§Will this matter in 5 years?ŕ¨ŕ§
Always ask this question to yourself, "Will all of this matter in five years?", if not avoid overthinking it and if you can't help it, scream, cry and journal or record youself while you say everything out lout, but don't treat it like something that it's going to matter in a range of five years, especially if you are young.
ŕ¨ŕ§show up for yourselfŕ¨ŕ§
It can be as simple as a face mask, cooking a new meal or taking a shower, but you need to show love to youself and to relax your mind and body, writing love letters to youself can be very useful for when you need uplifting affirmations, try to create a comftable envirioment to relax.
ŕ¨ŕ§do what you can do bestŕ¨ŕ§
Part of feeling embarassed comes from our inability to compleate certain tasks or a feeling of inadeguacy, doing something that you are good at it's going to help you remember that if you are not good at this, you are good at that, or that your value didn't decrease, because you still have other skills to offer.

This is all for today hunns, I hoped this helped you, I will make a mini series with all my advices/guides so if you want to read more guides and tips make sure to stay in tune with this blog, and if you want more advices or simply ask a question you can click the "advice" button on my profile! I will gladly answer you, I hope you'll have a beautiful week xoxo gourgeous!

How to be pretty on a lazy day

The way you dress and present yourself plays a huge role on how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you, it can also help you gain pretty privilege, but what if you are late for school or you're...just lazy? Maybe it's cold outside or you're in a tired mood. Today I'm gonna talk about staple pieces that can't be missed in a girly girl wardrobe.
ŕ¨ŕ§track suitsŕ¨ŕ§
Never really used them, but if they are the right color they can be BOMB, you just need to know for which style you're going for, if you are more for the street wear I suggest you to get a full pink track suit or a brown one, you can also get some with very cool logos, this to get an idea:

If you want to try something not so pink, you can change the color of your pants, wear suits with other colors but still a very feminine design or wear neon pants and a more neutral hoodie, the choice it's up to you!
Of you are more into y2k or the 90s, I suggest you to wear those velvet track suits or vintage adidas track suits!

ŕ¨ŕ§Flare leggingsŕ¨ŕ§
This has been rising in popularity, but low rise flare leggings can certainly highlight your look for a lazy day! It's going to make you look more clean, active and flamboyant!

ŕ¨ŕ§Flower dresses/dresses in generalŕ¨ŕ§
They're very feminine, and I suggest you that for shorted dresses you try to use a more flowy type and maybe a floral one too and for long dresses to keep it plain and simple, they can give a very mature and composed vibe.
ŕ¨ŕ§Long skirtsŕ¨ŕ§
This is similar to long dresses, but you can customize them more!
ŕ¨ŕ§Uggs/cozy bootsŕ¨ŕ§
They are easy to put and pull out and very comftable and match everything listed her by far.

Hiii bonitas, did you enjoy today's post? I sure did, I know a lot of you are fashionista, and I love fashion too so why not talking about it?this is the first part of another mini series, see you soon xoxo gorgeous.

How do you use your pretty privilege to your advantage?
Honestly? The biggest advantage is just how life plays out on a day to day basis. The benefits I get by just existing that others arenât awarded no matter how nice or hardworking they are. It sounds bad, but...we live in a society.

Everyone falls for an innocent angel
