Headcanon (OLD)

There are only a handful of Creeps that actually feel remorse for what they do and are empathetic with their victims, unless they deserve it, of course. These include Brian, Tim (not to be mistaken for Masky), Toby, Jane, Liu, and Jack. 

The others either are incapable of feeling empathy, like Jeff for example, some just don’t think about it, like Helen and Cody, and others just don’t care, like Zero and Kagekao. Slenderman is just a bitch and couldn’t give less of a crap about it though.

Jane being an older sis to Toby? Plz???

-Jane is the kind of gal that's always lowkey wanted a younger sibling to look after, but since she was the only child, it never happened.

-When she first met Toby, she wasn't exactly sure what to think, but she realized pretty quickly that his mental health wasn't great.

-Then again, are any of the Creeps mentally OK?

-She didn't really think much of it, but she was sure to let him know that if he needed anything, he could feel free to come to her.

-Normally, she wouldn't give two shits about the people living in the Manor with her, but Toby seemed...different. Nicer, quieter, friendlier. This is why she offered to help him should he ever need it.

-The first time they bonded was during an assignment that they got put on together. It was just a supply run, but they both figured out that they worked well as a team.

-Jane's motto is to separate herself from as many members of the household as she can, whenever she can, with the occasional exception. Toby is this 'occasional exception'.

-Toby normally opts to suffer alone in the quiet, dark confines of his room when he has an 'episode', though sometimes he takes Jane up on her offer and a bit timidly strides to her door at any given time of day and waits for her to answer.

-When she does, it never takes her long to figure out why he's come all the way to her room, and she allows him inside and gives him what he needs at the time, whether that's someone to vent to, a shoulder to cry on, or a reassuring voice.

-She knows things about him that most of the others don't, such as how he used to have an older sister, how his step-dad was a piece of actual trash, and about his careless, cowardly mother.

-Of course, she keeps all of his secrets to herself. Jane may be a lot of things, but she's not a snitch.

-It took quite a while for her to get Toby to where he actually trusts her with such sensitive subjects, and once she did, it was for life.

-For Toby, Jane reminds him of Lyra in some aspects, whether it be her kind nature, her need to put those she cares about first, or her motherly way of speaking, and that brings him consolation.

-The two of them bond over the fact that they hate this lifestyle and most everyone involved in it, and they've made plans saying that if they ever managed to escape, it would be together.

-They'd both find girlfriends, get married, have families, and stay in touch. It's imaginative, hopeful scenarios such as these that keep the two of them going most days.

-The idea of living a normal life again, among real people that don't serve a faceless cryptid, makes them feel at ease, even if it's only temporary.

-They do random things together in their free time, such as starting their own private book club, competing in Checker matches, and "free cooking lessons with Jane", as she likes to call it.

-Toby isn't very keen on eating nowadays, even less so than he had been previously, so it's up to Jane to make sure he has a reasonable diet.

-Of course, she can't always get him to eat, but when she manages to, she feels accomplished.

-Toby feels as if he can count on Jane for anything, and Jane feels it's her duty to take care of him at whatever cost. They both have each other's backs, though, no matter what happens.

Puppeteer Headcanons

The Puppeteer Headcanons

Jonathan is a unique fellow, to say the least, but I think everyone residing in Slender Manor is unique in some way or another.

He's the kinda guy that will steal someone's lunch but then spend the rest of his life denying that he ever did even when the evidence is right there in front of everyone.

He's not a prankster like Kagekao is, but he also isn't a stick-in-the-mud that doesn't know how to have fun, either. If the right opportunity presents itself, he will indeed have a good time.

His sense of humor is...questionable.

"What's red, small, and sits in a corner?"

Queue the looks of confusion.

"A baby chewing on a razor blade."

Like I said...it's questionable.

Surprisingly enough, he and Clockwork get along fairly well. They're both a fan of dark humor, are keen on people getting hurt as a result of their own stupidity, and adore making their housemate's lives as miserable as possible.

This can be done by either cracking crude jokes, starting fights just cause, and making fun of someone for the dumbest possible reasons.

Ones like Liu, Cody, and Toby have discovered insecurities that they never even knew they had before for these exact things.

For example, Liu now makes a big effort to pluck his nose hairs because they're "long and gross", Cody is now constantly on-edge for worrying about his "thin lips", and Toby just stays in his room more often because he doesn't wanna be around people who see him as nothing more than a "depressed son of a bitch".

Jonathan is one of the taller ones of the Creeps, reaching a height of 6'3". He's also one of the more well-built ones, so he's pretty strong. And trust me, he will show that trait off any moment he gets.

He isn't self-centered, in fact, he's to the point of not even caring what he looks like, but he knows it makes people like Jeff who are very boastful about their appearance mad, so of course he flaunts that around a lot just to see his face of absolute resentment.

When someone dares to bring up his past life, his love life especially, he gets extremely sensitive and blows up at whoever it is, even if they were only genuinely curious. When this happens, he gets over it pretty quickly, but it still makes him angry for reasons unknown to everyone but Slenderman.

He never thought about having another girlfriend, not after what happened, only preferring to live alone eternally. It sounds lonely, but that's what he wants. In his opinion, being in a relationship would just needlessly complicate things, and bring back bitter memories he would rather just not remember.

At times in vulnerability, he does miss his little siblings, since he was the oldest and therefore responsible for their well-being because his garbage mother refused to take care of them herself. This left him being forced to drop out of school and get a full-time job at just 15 in an effort to pay bills and make sure his brother and sisters didn't lose their home.

He shows his occasional sadness through complete anger, and just about everyone knows not to screw with him when he's in this state.

The only person in the entire house that he's really fond of is Sally, and that's mainly because she reminds him of one of his younger sisters, and he treats her as such, even though she can find him intimidating at times.

He hates dogs with a passion. This is why he and Jeff are rivals in particular. If anyone dislikes Smile, Jeff dislikes them. That's just how it goes.

Jonathan is more of a reptile person than anything - in fact, when he was around 12, he owned a couple of pet salamanders. The family dog got ahold of them though so that ended badly...it also explains why he doesn't adore dogs like most people.

This guy is perhaps the most charming individual in the Manor when he wants to be, which makes it all the more deprecating whenever he sweet-talks someone then turns around and insults them. Which of course, makes it more hilarious to him.

He lives to watch someone's expression fall from flattered to discouraged in an instant.

Definitely one of the more disliked members in the mansion because he can be so cruel and overall just annoying, especially to well-tempered ones like Brian, Jane, and Liu.

Ben Drowned S\O Headcanons

Ben has a reputation in a lot of peoples' personal AUs as being a sex-driven, perverted little asshole. but lemme tell you now, this certainly is not the case with our favorite Link look-alike.

Whenever the subject of 'love' or 'sex' comes up, especially around you, his ears turn all red and his whole body just kind of stiffens up as he goes into silent mode.

If he does start talking, however, he'll end up stumbling over his words, his voice will go squeaky as if he's teleported back into the early stages of puberty, and his eyes will look at virtually anything but you out of pure embarrassment.

It really is adorable, you must say.

It's moments like these when you lay on the PDA really hard, and you'll kiss his head, or snuggle into his side, even verbally tease him a bit.

"Hey, Ben, ya know what we haven't done in a while? Napped together."

"Aww hun, what's the matter? You're lookin' a little red."

"Ya know, embarrassment looks pretty good on you~"

He like, loves it but despises it at the same time; it's his guilty pleasure, in some aspects.

He's one of those that like to put up a careless exterior, but when somebody says the right thing, he'll pretty much just turn into a ghostly sludge of utter humiliation.

All of this was ten times worse before the two of you became a couple.

Someone could just mention crushes or attraction and he'd be dead.

This "someone" was mostly Jeff on days he wanted to embarrass him. He still does, it just isn't as effective.

You know, the first time you and Ben actually did something as simple as holding hands for the first time, he morphed into a pile of jelly at the rapid beating of his heart and the butterflies in his stomach.

But he just loves you so damn much, the poor boy can't even help it.

Just being around you can be enough to make him blush.

As your relationship as a couple grew, so did his confidence, and now he's chill most times you actually opt to touch him in any way, shape, or form.

Well, on the outside, at least.

But on the inside? His mind is going into alert mode and his insides just feel like they're swirling from euphoria.

I mean, who would have thought that Ben would ever get someone as awesome as you?

Certainly not the other Pastas, since none of them ever thought of Ben as 'boyfriend material'.

Guess he really showed them up.

Okay but seriously though, this dude may not be the smoothest boyfriend out there, but he tries. And he's so freaking sweet.

He regularly rubs it in Jeff's face that he managed to get a girlfriend before him, even though Jeff is like four years older.

Jeff only grunts and mutters, "who needs girls anyway?"

Ben is definitely the kind of person that will 100% overdo it on Valentine's day.

He'll treat it more like Hannuka to be completely honest.

I mean, there's gonna be a present for every day of the month of February, even when Valentine's day has passed already.

Heart chocolates for day #1, your favorite cookie for day #2, a giant teddy bear for day #3, a very strangely worded poem that's supposed to sound romantic but ends up just sounding awkward (he wrote it himself!) for day #4, and so on.

It's so sweet yet totally pointless because what are you supposed to do with all this unedible stuff? You only have so much room for storage!

But it's the thought that counts.

He won't really expect anything but attention out the yin-yang for days on end in return, but if you do get him a gift, he will be all yours for roughly 14 to 24 hours.

This boy gets excited over the simplest things you do for him, he is a major simp, I think it's safe to say.

But it's in the best possible way!

If you're ever feeling insecure about your looks or otherwise, he will pull you in front of a mirror, make you stare at your reflection, and ask you what you see. If you respond with something negative he'll just shake his head.

"Ya know what I see? A beautiful girl with all these adorable little quirks that make her unique. Her smile's adorable, her eyes are like looking into nature's finest jewels, and her laugh is just the best sound in the world. What she sees as imperfections are just the things that add depth and make her so great. And I wouldn't have it any other way..."

It's so corny but surprisingly grown-up for Ben's immature self.

Still though, it makes you tear up and you just wanna cuddle him for an hour or two.

Of course, he's very open to that. Then again, he's almost always up for cuddles, so.

Overall just really loveable, selfless, and affectionate. For big snugglers that love fun-sized bois, Ben is perfect for you.

Jeff: Okay, Jeff was more weirded out than anything. He'd seen some scary shit before but nothing compared to this...this albino, impeccably-dressed spaghetti noodle. To this day, he can't walk into his office and look at his face (or lack thereof) without feeling his gut clench up.

Liu: All he could really do was stare in disbelief, trying to process the fact that he wasn't, in fact, dreaming.

Ben: Just kinda blinked, looked constantly between Slenderman and the wall, mentally sizing him up and deciding how much health he'd have if he was a boss character.
