That moment when you're going on a diet and you're kinda struggling with it, cause, I mean, food, but your therapist compares your hunger to an abuser and says your hunger be like 'feed me' and you're like 'damn, ok how much?' and so your therapist asks you if you want to keep being your hungers little bitch and you're like, 'hey, I don't wanna be my hungers little bitch!' and now you're sticking to your diet way better


chocolate oats (267 cal)
-2tbsp unsweetened cocao
-3 tbsp oats
-3 tbsp milk
-water if too dry
-stevia (depends on how sweet u want)
-top with few pieces of the chocolate on hand
-mix and microwave 1 min
need to satisfy the chocolate cravings 🤎

I was forced to recover and I’m back to 53kgs(116lbs) I’ve been trying to loose it and go back down but no matter any diet or starving I still stay the same weight :((
Any tips at all are helpful!!
