Anybody else see how stupid saying that is? Good. If Jason died for anyone, it was for his own character development and it was for Piper.

Do not erase Piper from his sacrifice. You are disregarding his entire story and character if you do.

It's a trope I often see in fanfictions: Percy being the reincarnation of a past hero or of a important woman in greek mythology. Say you want to write one of these fictions, but make it Perpollo, who would you choose and why? (Don't have to be an old lover of Apollo of course!)

Okay, might be my epic brain worm speaking but hear me out, Percy being Telemachus reincarnated. So, let’s pretend that back then when Odysseus was lost in the sea, Apollo and Telemachus were being cosy in Ithaca. In Ancient Greece, Poseidon was like YEAH STEAL THAT MAN’S SON YOU HAVE MY SUPPORT, LET’S MAKE HIM SUFFER!!!

… then Poseidon petty got too close to the sun (ha) and now he’s Percy’s (Telemachus) dad… but guess WHAT!!!! Now it isn’t so fun having Apollo all over your kid, is it?

Honestly the most disappointing thing about Tower of Nero was the lack of COVID Pandemic puns that could have happened.

I mean Apollo is literally the God of Plagues so like common Rick!

And yeh I understand the book is set in 2013 but puns man puns.

After being gifted with the sun and moon domain, the twins soon found out that obtaining such gifts will make a part of their features change to represent each of their new domain.  While Artemis’s hair now resembles the night sky on a full moon, Apollo’s hair now has a orangey hue that resembles the sky when the sun rises on an early morning.  (just a small design of Apollo that I have been thinking about but never really properly drew it)

God of Plagues

Ok, so recently I like the idea of Apollo having an alternate form when he is the god of plague. A small design and sketch I did for the design of apollo in his god of plague form :D

Sooooooooooooo...... I've been reading too many of those time travel/regression manhwas, so here's an idea of an AU that I've been daydreaming about :P Basically:

Apollo died in the future by the hands of Zeus’s paranoia.

Apollo woke up in his younger body, after the defeat of Python.

Determined to survive and rewrite his future fate, he decided to cut ties early with Olympus. At the time, he could only think of one place where no other gods would go, The Underworld.

Secretly, he traveled there and confronted a hooded man, who revealed himself as Hades.

To Hades surprised, Apollo demanded that he take him in.

From here its basically follows the usual manhwa trope.

Hades slowly learns to raise Apollo while also teaching him responsibilities of a god.

While Apollo is trying to get away from the attention of Olympus.

He did eventually told Leto about his plan. He explained that he saw a prophecy (since it's easier to explain) and he wished to change it.

While Leto was distraught by him leaving, she did understand that it was the best option. Both of them agreed that it is best to not tell Artemis and let her believe that her twin had disappeared (since I HC that she's rasher when she was young, but matured when she was older).

How the rest of the story will go... idk, but I'll come up with something as time goes on ^^;

(so far idk what to call this AU but I've been calling it The Underworld's Light or A Light in the Underworld.)

idek what I'm doing character description for Apollo in my fic (and just how I imagine him in RRVerse generally LOL) under cut (cut for length haha) (dw i'll make the other ones too! eventually! maybe! /j I will make them prommy) ((hey chat... read the tags... if you wanna... just saying... just the first few... about yk hypothetical situations...))

Apollo HAIR: Shoulder-length, brown to sun-kissed golden blonde ombre. Often messy and unkempt as he seems to have stopped caring about it after becoming a god again. EYES: (i’m so excited for this part) His eyes are different. The right eye is a piercing ice blue, to the point it looks like it glows. His sclera is slightly toned yellow and his pupil, instead of black, is white. His left eye, however, is molten fire, gold as the sun, always dripping to the point it looks like tears, but it evaporates before it can touch the ground or his clothes. It’s slightly horrifying. FACIAL FEATURES: He has acne scars, and statue-Apollo-nose (ifykyk). His eyebrows are brown like his roots instead of blonde and he has freckles. Not a lot, but not too little. He also has the scars from when he was a mortal. CLOTHING: (omgs!!) He wears a Led Zeppelin t-shirt (the iconic one. ifyk,yk.) and a brown pilot’s jacket with patches (such as 2 sun patches on each elbow, a spear on the shoulder, a laurel wreath across the collar, a hyacinth on one pocket, a cypress tree on the other, and a small unicorn patch over the heart.), and a python snake wrapping around the jacket’s right arm. He often wears torn blue-gray jeans, and ratty red sneakers with doodles on them (courtesy of Meg ofc), and embroidered wings. ACCESORIES: He has piercings (imagine this however you like. go crazy if you want. Hell give him a nose piercing, it’s your imagination lol). He has a bow around his back (obviously) at all times – it looks slightly out of character on him considering it’s his bow he had when he was a god, still full gold – . He wears a necklace with a rose charm, and has a simple leather bracelet around his wrist. And of course, on his head, his iconic laurel wreath with sprinkles of hyacinth petals. OTHER BODY STUFF: He keeps the scars he gets as a mortal as well as a faint lichtenburg scar (or lightning scar as people call it). He has a snake tattoo around his neck (because why not yk.).
