I was scrolling through my phone and absentmindedly scratched my face. I moved my hand away and a layer of slime went with it. The slime was too viscous to be sweat and it was all over my face. Are there any medical professionals on this site? If so, why was there slime on my face? Do I have a disease or did I just sneeze too hard and not notice?

a quick summary of life with arfid is just:

in middle school i had a friend who liked to smell my hair. most of my friend group agreed that my hair smelled good? (which was actually a nice compliment in a kind of weird way)
