The premise alone sounds VERY interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if this had happened in an AT somewhere.
UNDYING DETERMINATION #1

Oh boy, an origin story about Undyne having a strong-ass determination that could possibly rival the player.
I somehow am still flabbergasted that I've never seen a comic or something that explored this sort of possibilities when even in the game she HAS a resemblance of determination.
If there is then let me know, I'd love to read it sometime.
But either way, this comic is to somehow snap it to reality and see how it'll go for Undyne. This is my own take on how it'll do so cut me some slack, each to their own.

Undying Determination is by me @revolvius
I read recently that JRR Tolkien originally intended to have Glorfindel to go on the Quest in Lord of the Rings, but ultimately decided to replace him with Legolas because Glorfindel was too powerful or something.
And now I’m happily day-dreaming about an alternate timeline where Tolkien didn’t remove Glorfindel, and all the fanfics with Legolas in them are instead about this crazy ancient Elf who fought a Balrog and is best friends with Gimli and making sad comments pertaining to the world and existence (because being dead for over 16 centuries has to mess with a person’s head at some point) that make the hobbits wrap him in blankets and give him tea to try and cheer him up.
This! This deserves a reblog. Absolutely INCREDIBLE What-if scene. *applauds loudly* Well done, Kyraneko. Well done!

Unpopular fanon opinion: Sephiroth went back in time b/c out of the original gang only Cloud, Vincent, and Nanaki are left everyone else is dead. Sephiroth would totally do that just to get Cloud to fight at his best and just cause he likes to be a asshole with a major god complex. Nothing can change my mind
Planning on doing a fancomic about an alternate timeline where Caliborn and Calliope play the game together and have to get along
It would be hella doomed, but I think I can get around that somehow
Series: Little Nightmares
Characters: Mono, Six
Fic type: Alternate Timeline
Summary: A simple apology can fix so much
!!Spoilers for the ending of Little Nightmares 2!!
Mono felt the floor fall out from underneath him as he ran from the wall of flesh that chased him. He briefly glanced behind him and almost instantly regretted it, as the wall of flesh was no more than a foot away from him. He pushed off from the crumbling bridge and set his eyes on Six, who was crouched on the other side of the chasm and prepared to catch him.
His palms nearly missing, Mono grabbed onto Six's outstretched hand and held it for dear life. He breathed a sigh of relief and smiled until he looked up at his companion's face and saw her frightened expression. His smile immediately dissolved and was replaced with a wide-eyed stare as he looked up at Six. She didn't look scared of the flesh-wall that had threatened to crush the two - she looked scared of Mono.
After what felt like centuries, Mono felt the girl's grip on his hands loosen and saw her face turn cold. He gave her a pleading, confused look before it clicked.
"Six, please," he looked up at his friend with begging eyes. "I'm sorry."
In less than a second, Six's expression shifted from cold and logical to stunned and empathetic. She studied Mono's face for a brief moment before pulling him up onto the ledge next to her and dragging him by the hand into the glowing doorway that signified freedom to them both.
Media: Little Nightmares
Characters: Six, Mono, Thin Man
Fic Type: AU
Summary: Six isn't the only one with secrets.
Spoilers for Little Nightmares 2!
Mono could only watch as Six got taken from her hiding spot under a table. Her terrified shriek rang in the boy's ears, repeating like a broken record and making his head hurt. He burrowed deeper into the darkness of the shadows and waited until he saw the Thin Man glitch away with Six in hand to pull himself out from underneath the bed and back onto his feet.
The small boy started walk to the door before stopping and turning to stare at where Six was taken from just moments before. After a moment silent staring, he set his jaw and headed off back to the room with the TV and warped through to a new room. He clambered to his feet, made his way outside and, after a lot of running, jumping, and swinging, found his way into a post office. Mono traversed through the office with minimal struggle and baited the viewer away from the TV in her living room. He crossed the plank, climbed up the ladder, tricked another viewer, and warped through another television set. He kept traversing the Pale City, seeming suspiciously at ease. He showed neither care nor fright for the Viewers that he should have been terrified of.
He had no issues deceiving viewers or hopping over electrified puddles of storm water. He didn't care about the Viewers who so thoughtlessly threw themselves off of buildings just to be closer the the Broadcast. He moved through the city without struggle or concern, appearing rather calm for somebody who was trying to find their recently kidnapped friend.
He felt no fear as he zig-zagged between store shelves and avoided the manic crowd behind him. He never flinched at the crashing and thudding of shelves hitting the floor or Viewers crushing each other in the frenzy. He hopped through the TV and tumbled out of the other screen onto the cold, hard floor rather gracelessly, but quickly recovered and stood back up. After brushing some dust off of his coat and hat, he made his way into another room containing a TV with the dark figure of Six inside.
She had her hands pressed against the screen, banging on it in an act of futile desperation. Upon seeing the girl's image, Mono walked up to the screen, but instead of helping, he simply stood and gazed upon the screen that had claimed his friend. He stared at the silhouette, doing nothing until he saw the thin shadow of a boney hand reaching out to grab her. As the hand appeared, the boy raised his own, however he did not reach out to help. He merely waved and giggled as the girl he'd pretended to befriend got ripped away from the screen with a burst of static. He smiled at the sight, though nobody could see it underneath his paper bag.
After watching Six disappear, Mono took a few steps back from the static-filled screen and gazed upon the tall figure that emerged from the monitor. His face was set in an expression of expecting praise, hidden behind his paper bag.
"You did well, child," he praised with a small smile.
The Thin Man emerged from the television and looked down at the small boy in front of him. crouching, he put his hand out before the boy, and in response, the boy to climb atop his palm and sat down. The man then rose to his feet and gave the boy's head a few gentle pats with the tip of his index finger. As he did, he spoke in his deep, ever-glitching voice.
"Now, shall we see our 'guest?'" The man in the hat asked as the air flooded with the sound and feel of static.
Mono grinned giddily and thanked the man vigorously, for he was always eager to please his caretaker. The man chuckled at the boy's excitement, having taken a liking to his younger self.

Armageddon: What Is This AU?
The Armageddon AU is an apocalyptic alternate timeline of Obey Me in which the exchange program was never created. This page is dedicated to all the juicy details of this AU that people (mostly me) cook up in our free time. Any and all contributions, whether it be headcanons, further lore development, speculation, art, or fanfiction, are wholeheartedly welcomed.
Be aware that this AU, by nature, is extremely dark and contains disturbing subject matter that may not be suitable to everyone. No punches are pulled here; this is an apocalypse.
~~~
To keep away from one intimidating essay, the main timeline is split up over a series of Lore Posts:
Lore I - The Beginnings of Destruction
Lore II - A Disrupted Balance
Lore III - A Scorched Celestial Realm
Lore IV - Hell Frozen Over
Lore V - Power-Sick
Lore VI - The Move to the Human World
Epilogue:
Lore VII - The Rise of Rebellion
Lore VIII - Within the Wreckage
Lore IX - Rebuilding the World
A Peek Into Angel Vision
So, in this AU, a large percentage of angels have been blinded. If not completely blind, with significant impairment. This may raise the question of, how can they be effective soldiers in the war? There’s a lot that blind people can do that can be surprising to a sighted person, but regardless, it’s hard to imagine being able to withstand the heat of battle without even being able to see your opponent. And if your comrades can’t see either, that makes it even harder. So I figured I’d delve a bit more into how the angels work around their limitations.
Like most blind people in real life, I imagine angels do a lot of compensating with their other senses like hearing. However, angels also have another sense that we don’t see in the real world: magic sense.
We’ve seen some indications in canon that angels and demons can “sense” magic. Many characters have pointed out sensing odd energy from a cursed object, and things like that. I think this ability could be extremely useful to blind angels.
Any angel or demon likely radiates some kind of magical energy or aura. Their very existence is entwined with their angelic/demonic magic, after all. So, an angel who can sense magic can figure out some pretty important things. Where other people are in relation to them, whether these people are angels, demons or humans, how magically powerful these people are, etc. They could also detect the casting of spells and possibly determine what the spell is without actually seeing the effects with their eyes. This sense would be extremely useful for blind angels to engage in battle, dodging spells and honing in on an opponent, as well as being useful for socializing with each other because they can be more easily aware of each other’s location. This magic sense is still extremely vague and doesn’t help with everyday, non-magical objects, so other workarounds are needed there, but nonetheless this sense is extremely helpful. In some ways, it’s even more helpful than vision- they can sense magic beyond things like walls that one couldn’t see past, helping to detect ambushes.
I also imagine angels began using some form of braille. This actually works to the angels’ advantage; not many abled humans know braille, much less demons. What started as simply the most accessible form of communication for disabled angels ends up becoming code language that is extremely important for conveying information from angel to angel without enemy interception. Braille has likely become the primary method of communication among angels, as there is such a small percentage of sighted angels that non-blind-accessible forms of communication have become obsolete.
It’s also important to note that whatever advantage the demons may seem to have over the angels due to their eyesight isn’t actually all that great. The demons’ eyesight isn’t perfect either anymore. Though the demons’ eyes were not physically damaged, they were drenched in complete and utter darkness for a quite long period of time before moving to the Human World. That inability to use their eyes to see anything for so long has done some damage, and some demons seem to “forget” how to see. Things like depth perception, visual discrimination, and distance determining become difficult for demons who have grown accustomed to not using their eyes, and it’s easy to visually overwhelm a demon who has only recently moved to the Human World.
Character File: Simeon
If I were ever to write a fic of this AU, my protagonist would definitely be Simeon.
As mentioned in the lore, Simeon is completely blind. He has no sense of sight, not even for distinguishing light and darkness, and his face is scarred over where his eyes formerly were. He wears a white blindfold to cover these scars. In addition to his eyes, he has also sustained other damage, being covered in scars from popped heat blisters. His wings are charred, and only useful for flying short distances. Most of the remaining feathers on his wings have been turned black from soot.
Despite this, Simeon remains mostly independent. He utilizes many of the same tactics as other angels to compensate for lack of sight, and has remained an apt and reliable soldier for the Celestial Realm. Though, he does use Luke as a seeing eye dog sometimes.
He remains his usual smiley self instead of sinking into self-pity over his new-found disability- moping won’t bring back his sight, after all. He makes do the best he can, accepting that he can no longer see.
Simeon resides in in a military camp in the Human World, where he serves in the war along with Raphael, Michael, and other angels. He also smuggled Luke to this camp to protect him from the desolation of the Celestial Realm.
Though Simeon is a celestial soldier, he isn’t exactly loyal to the Celestial Realm. Deep down, he realizes that if the war continues as it has been, there will be no one left alive to claim victory. He is also extremely hesitant to fight Lucifer and his brothers again, should he encounter them in battle. Simeon has ended up breaking numerous rules to protect Luke- first, hiding the fact that Luke can still see from other angels so Luke wouldn’t be sent to war, and then sneaking Luke out of the Celestial Realm as a civilian once he realized the war-torn Human World was safer than what had become of the Celestial Realm. He’s at a point where he’s broken quite a few rules and isn’t afraid to break a few more. He won’t admit it, but he’s just a few hairs off from “fuck it”.
Character File: Michael
Despite having not made an official appearance in canon yet, Michael has quite the role in this AU. I dare say his story in this AU is one of the most disturbing and tragic.
Michael suffers from power sickness, but his struggles don’t end there.
Michael is the most powerful Archangel and leader of the Celestial Realm’s legions, making him Father’s most powerful weapon of war. However, as we have seen thus far, the Celestial Realm isn’t satisfied with the power it has and is seeking more. As such, Michael wasn’t enough. He needed to be improved. Upgraded.
In his attempts to turn Michael into the perfect supersoldier, Father created an abomination. Michael’s form was warped into what could be compared to the most terrifying of the biblical angels. Two golden rings of eyes circled around his head, replacing the now nonexistent eyes on his completely smoothed-over face. More eyes peered out from between the feathers of his four wings, wings that were now permanently set ablaze. Smaller golden rings of eyes encircled his hands and ankles like shackles, and he has four arms instead of two. There are also disembodied eyes floating all around him, which he can move at will, using them almost like camera drones. Despite his mouth being smoothed over with skin like the rest of his face, Michael can still somehow speak, in an echoey and ethereal voice that brings chills to those who listen, a feeling that they are hearing something they shouldn’t. But no, Michael can’t eat, which as you could imagine is absolutely devastating to someone like him.
Despite his shocking appearance, Michael’s mind has remained unaltered. He is still the same person, the person who doesn’t want to fight Lucifer and his brothers. He is ashamed of what has become of him, and isolates himself from the other angels whenever he can. He is only really seen when he’s fighting in battle, and even then it’s hard to get a good look at him. He flies high in the air, keeping a distance from his fellow angels who cannot fly high anymore due to their scorched wings. He never speaks to his fellow angels anymore, having Raphael give orders in his stead as Michael himself focuses solely on fighting the opponent. When not in battle, he hides himself away in a dug-out cave underneath the camp. As the only person granted access to Michael’s hideaway, Raphael is the only soul that has heard him speak in a long time.
Due to being able to see (really well, given all the eyes he has) and the unimaginable level of power he has been imbued with, Michael is a very important soldier in the war and does fight on the front line. However, he only does so out of necessity, because he needs to protect his fellow angels and because he’s afraid of what Father will do if he doesn’t follow his orders. Michael dreads the day he encounters Lucifer in battle, and has grown to doubt Father after all he has done to him.
(Cracky DP X DC AU I thought of)
Tim made plans with Danny, his loving boyfriend, the night before for the two of them to have another date the following day. However, when he woke up the next morning, checking his phone to make sure he remembered the time and place of the date, he found Danny's number was no longer on it and all of their pictures together were gone too.
Thinking it was one of his siblings playing a prank on him, he went to breakfast mildly annoyed. But annoyance turned to confusion when he noticed that all of his other siblings were in a bad mood. And when he asked Bruce if he had Danny's number, the man questioned who Danny was.
Eventually, the tension between the siblings broke out into a fight. Through the yelling, Tim was eventually able to determine that everyone was upset because they believed someone else had hacked their phones to erase all traces of their boyfriend. Their loving boyfriend, Danny.
It didn't make sense! Between all the Batkids, there was too big an age gap for it to make sense for all of them to believe Danny was dating them. Eventually deciding to look Danny up, Tim was horrified to discover that Danny Fenton was a man older than Bruce!
Something was going on here, and Tim knew it was bigger than just some soap opera drama.
