I ate 261 calories today, I don't eat "too much" but I feel like I ate 2000 calories 。•́︿•̀。

Almost two days of fasting! I plan on doing 1-2 more and I hope I don't binge. My parents bought pizza today but I didn't binge! it was pretty hard but I'm proud of myself for not doing it. I got really dizzy today and thought I was going to pass out but several minutes later I felt better. Bye guys, I hope you'll lose weight!
I break my fast today I ate a slice of chicken (30 calories) breast because I had no energy 🙁
soo i held my fast for 64 hours, I am so disappointed in myselfff
I binge today I feel so fat 🙁
being on edtumblr after several days of binging is something bro 💀
I just binged and broke my 25 hour fast 🙁

This is a Stocking Anarchy inspired 4n4 diet, following her extreme diet in ep 7 when she was trying to lose weight.

You notice you've gained weight. That's the worst thing that can ever happen! You make a plan to lose weight, just like stocking.
Rules : ༄˖°.🐈⬛.ೃ࿔*
5.000-10.000 steps a day
600 cal max a day
Routine : ༄˖°.🐈⬛.ೃ࿔*:・
You wake up at 4:00 am- 6:00 am, you get out of bed, dress into a comfortable (prefferably gothic) workout outfit and start!
Workout: .🕸️.ೃ࿔*:・ 1. 100 jumping jacks 2. 20 push-ups 3. 20 plank up and down 4. 20 hip twists 5. 20 sit ups 6. 50 crunches 7. 100 squats 8. 100 jumping jacks

Wow.. that was tiring, but it dosent matter you need to get that scale down! Do a weight in, have that as a motivation. Time to eat something. Stocking loves sweets, so do you. But sweet things are so high calorie.. here are some options!
Breakfast: .🕸️.ೃ࿔*:・ Option 1. Alpro vanilla soy milk (142 cal) Option 2. Alpro chocolate soy milk (142 cal) Option 3. Monster Energy Ultra zero (11 cal) Option 4. Monster Energy Rosa zero (14 cal) Option 5. Fitbakes Cookiecream bar (63cal)
Now you go about your day, put on some gothic but cute makeup, if you go out put on a lolita gothic dress or shirt and dont forget some striped socks or stockings.
When you get back from where you were (school, work ect.) get into more comfortable clothes, put on a face mask and do a leg workout.
Workout: .🕸️.ೃ࿔*:・ 1. 50 leg raises (R) 2. 50 leg raises (L) 3. 100 squats 4. 50 under leg raises (R) 5. 50 under leg raises (L) 6. 100 air bycicles 7. 1 min sumo squat

You sit down to study/read or complete anything. You watch a horrow movie or watch a true crime video after you finish, you get hungry.. time to eat, if you need to. Preferably don't.

After that you sit down.. light some candles and read a book. You do your skincare, nails ect. After that its time to workout.

so i checked my bmi after a really long time of not doing so and lets just say i hate it. im 1 bmi point away from being overw^ight and now its all i can think about i seriously let myself go after being bakeracted so im making and doing lazy workouts to do daily to help myself cope ;-; like what the fuck last time i was over 130 i was in like middle school (im almost done with highschool) so seeing that number on the sc^le seriously tr^ggered me so now its time or me to get my act together and lose everything i gained so from now on ill be doing/making real lazy girl workouts (bc the ones on pinterest arent lazy enough) and ill get right back on track so that i can be pretty nice and light
