How to Move On Faster and Build Resilience
Dwelling on past failures and worries gets me exactly nowhere. Lately I've been trying to improve myself with the goal of becoming someone who moves on extremely fast, with resilience.
I'm hoping this change will help me navigate life's challenges more effectively and make me feel better in the everyday. I've written before about my annoying limiting belief that I can't ...
Here are the notes and guidelines I've collected that help me cultivate the ability of moving on fast:
đąÂ 1. Change Your Perspective on Setbacks
View Setbacks as Temporary:Â Tough times donât last forever. But challenges are a normal and frequent part of life. See challenges as hurdles, not roadblocks.
Focus on the Lessons:Â Every experience, good or bad, teaches me something valuable. Take those lessons and grow.
đ 2. Cultivate Self-Compassion
Be Kind to Yourself:Â Donât beat yourself up when things go wrong. Again, something always goes wrong, this is life. Treat yourself with the same kindness youâd offer a friend.
Allow Yourself to Feel:Â Itâs okay to feel. All feelings are valid. Process your emotions, and then gently move forward.
đ 3. Practice Detachment
Recognize Impermanence:Â Change is the only constant. Embrace it, and let go of what no longer serves you.
Limit Emotional Investment:Â Care, but donât over-invest in things beyond your control.
đ§ââď¸Â 4. Strengthen Your Focus on the Present
Engage in Mindfulness:Â I'm the kind of person who can tend towards combative and destructive, so I have to remember to stay grounded in the now. Itâs easy to get stuck in the past, but the present is where your power lies.
Break Tasks into Steps:Â Focus on what you can do next. Small steps lead to big changes. This sucks but it really works.
đŞÂ 5. Develop a Resilient Mindset
Embrace Flexibility:Â Lifeâs unpredictable. Be open to change, and adapt when necessary.
Build a Growth Mindset:Â See challenges as opportunities to grow, not reasons to give up.
đŻÂ 6. Focus on What You Can Control
Act on the Controllable:Â Identify what you can change and take action. Let go of the rest.
Shift Your Energy:Â Move from dwelling on the past to creating a better present.
đ¸Â 7. Surround Yourself with Positive Influences
Seek Support:Â Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. Realistic vibes only. I don't want positive vibes when unwarranted, and don't want negative vibes full-stop.
Limit Negative Inputs:Â Protect your energy by avoiding negativity, whether itâs people, media, or environments. Emphasis on the media. Don't listen to music with lyrics containing negative messages; they become part of your reality and conditioning.
đ 8. Set Future-Oriented Goals
Visualize Success:Â Focus on where you want to go, not where youâve been. Set your sights on new goals. My past is full of achievements, but I have to move forward and not rest on my laurels.
Take Small Steps:Â Break your goals into achievable actions. Small wins build momentum.
đââď¸Â 9. Engage in Physical Activity
Exercise Regularly:Â Movement is medicine. It boosts mood and resilience.
Practice Relaxation Techniques:Â Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing help reduce stress and enhance emotional strength.
đ 10. Practice Gratitude
Focus on the Positive:Â Shift your mindset from loss to abundance by regularly acknowledging what youâre thankful for.
Keep a Gratitude Journal:Â Write down what youâre grateful for each day. Itâs a powerful habit.
â¨Â 11. Accept and Let Go
Acknowledge Closure:Â Recognize when something is over, and consciously decide to move on.
Perform a Letting-Go Ritual:Â Do something symbolic to release whatâs holding you back. Burn that letter, delete those old textsâwhatever it takes.
đ 12. Embrace the Process
Understand It Takes Time:Â Moving on fast doesnât mean rushing your emotions. Heal in your own time, but keep moving forward.
Celebrate Progress:Â Every step, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction. Celebrate it.
Resilience isnât about avoiding pain. Itâs about bouncing back stronger each time. đŞđť
Producers about Jungkook:
-Dj swivel: âI think he absolutely crushed the vocal and it was really the perfect vocalist for this type of recordâ. (Producer for Euphoria)
-Sleep Deez: âHe's amazing, one of the best singers in the world. His voice is pure. Actually the song was originally down 1 key but his voice is so good we raised it up a key so he could do his own thing. HIS RANGE IS CRAZY". (Producer for My Time)
-Andrew watt: âHe knows what he can do. He was a perfectionist. And as a producer, what more can you ask for when youâre working with an artist? It was such a positive experience. He has such an incredible range and his ability to go between the two like that was amazingâ. (Producer for Seven)
-Cirkut: âHe has an amazing voice. I think itâs his versatility. He can kind of do it all and heâs not afraid to try any different style or try singing in a different way. Heâs a chameleon. He can mold into any different kind of song. Heâs got a great, beautiful high falsetto and he can do strong powerful notes too. Itâs really pleasing to hear him sing.â (Producer for Seven)

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.

I won't be finishing classes for another two months đ°đŞ when we were supposed to finish in May, but anyways. How are you guys doing so far? Keep the hard work! School is almost over for all of you (Definitely not me!) Have a good night guys! <3
Brad was about to take a selfie when he realized he was on lunch. Oh gosh. Was it WORK or WERK? Brad didnât know.
Until Chrisâ lecture about heterosexuals, he didnât even think WORK was a real word. It still looked funny. Not funny ha ha either. More like an EWWWW! Yeah. That kinda funny.
Apparently, itâs written in lowercase letters as well. Double EWWWW!!! He def wasnât there yet, but Brad knew one day with tons of effort by other people it may just be possible. Social efficiency was still underground. The trees were smart to live there so he did too.
Brad then looked at the selfie and the clock. 1:30pm on the dot. He typed âWEEERRQQ!!!!!â & hit send. Suddenly, he was feeling statuesque.

Boxed lunch.
Jim the Gym Owner slept funny but not the haha funny. More like awkward funny.
Brad and Chris kept staring. Something wasn't working out.
Chris argued Jim had to work out, he owned a gym. Brad said, maybe Jim had some work done. Both agreed sleeping looked hard for him and so did his muscles.
Chris then suggested maybe Jim the Gym Owner did one too many pumps.
Brad didn't see any high heels. It would not surprise Brad if Jim the Gym Owner did drag. In an era of acceptance and rampant capitalism, it would only surprise if he did not.
That reminded Brad, âWas Lisa popping by?â He needed to brainstorm a new name for Aqua Marine to pitch to Crayola. Lisa came up with seven viable alternatives for Burnt Sienna just last week and, âwholly gay men who are high,â Aqua Marine def needed to go.
Amen.
âJim was sleeping, right?â Chris then asked if Brad, if he had ad a tiny mirror. âYou know what, 69 that. Lisa would have one on her person for sure.â
Brad agreed also stating Lisa was coming by in a half hour. Chris then suggested to Brad they 69 in the meantime. Staring at all this muscle was making him hot, and he didnât want to touch anything that might be dead. Brad was also pretty sure the number was 86 but despite the enormous stretch would continue to look it over for obvious reasons.

Masturbation (or masturbation)
refers to the stimulation of one's own external sexual organs in order to achieve sexual pleasure. Masturbation is usually done manually, but various aids can also be used. Orgasm is often the end of masturbation, but masturbation does not necessarily have to be aimed at this and can also, for example as part of sexual foreplay, serve solely to increase sexual arousal.
Forms
Joint masturbation in a partnership
In the most common case, masturbation is sexual masturbation, i.e. a form of autosexuality. In addition to the most common form of masturbation using the hand as a stimulation tool, there are also various sex toys and masturbation aids that can be used to support masturbation.
The most common forms of sexual activity are masturbation on the one hand and sexual intercourse on the other. Masturbation is also popular as a sexual practice practised together with a partner, as many people's sexual arousal is heightened by watching their partner masturbate. It is often part of petting and is an option for "safer sex". In a broader sense, the manual satisfaction of another person (a so-called hand job) can also be categorised as masturbation.

Also a very common support of the form of self-service offers a real free social media platform tumblr. This supports through visual stimuli based on the preference of the viewer almost any form of sexual self-expression.
