i don't like who i've become so...
my old rules that actually worked and that i pray by:
9 hours of sleep
only liquids (and neseccary suppliments) til 3pm
if really needed, oatmeal, chia pudding or a salad for breakfast (right after waking up)
pick a plate to always eat off of and eat the same portion every time, your brain will trick you
portioning is everything! take a bite of everything you're planning to eat, and see if you really need more (you probably won't)
spices are your friends
drinking tea or decaf coffee when hungry, really helps
no sugar in drinks
no alcohol and if, then straight
only really eat when being observed or if people are questioning why you won't eat your own cooking
there shouldn't be food in your mouth and in your hand at the same time
at least 7500 steps a day
cycling is a form of moving that isn't harsh on joints. it's also fun and can keep your mind occupied at the same time. go everywhere with a bike
karaoke burns a lot of calories. always sing along when listening to music
writing or drawing your feelings out of yourself will make them easier to deal with. you might not be hungry at all
re-read your meanest thoughts! it means a lot more coming from your past self
also draw yourself to see how you change for yourself and in your pov (pictures might not be enough, feelings attached to drawings make them more powerful)
on bad days just clean! walk around the house, do chores and let your mind wonder
a garlic glove before bed for clear skin
self-care before going to bed is important! helps not to binge eat at night
eat to get vitamins and necessary minerals! let's keep our hair and nails! and let's feel euphoric all the time!

I can feel my appetite getting smaller today for lunch I ate 1/2 a cup of pasta with 1 egg and I couldn’t even finish it cause I feel full. so proud of myself!!
It was about 330 calories and I’m aiming for this to be my only full meal of the day and just snack a little bit instead of dinner tonight.
My goal is staying under 500 calories a day

growing up is realising almost every girl you know has some type of eating problems
some tricks i use (2)
> only eat when you’re actually feeling hunger in your stomach, not when you’re craving something. if you’re craving something make yourself some tea with no sweetener, lemon water or black coffee.
> try not to drink your calories, it’s better to eat them because that way it takes longer to digest and you’ll feel full for longer.
> make a list of tasks (like a to-do list) that you have to be done with before a certain meal. for example: i have to clean my room, make my bed, wash my teeth, shower, get dressed and finish a drawing before i can have my breakfast.
> start your day with a coffee (it can be a latte) or tea (you can add milk) instead of food, because it helps to kickstart your metabolism for the day. after a while you’ll get so used to it that you won’t even think of having a bite in the morning.
Felt bad about the pasta I ate so I’m taking a small night walk.

You know so well the imprisonment of being a girl, mind always active and dreamy, stomach empty and fluttery. Play an old record, flip through retro fashion catalogs, and write poems all day in swirly cursive lettering. Why eat when you could daydream?

diet tips
༘ 𐙚 wake up late so that you naturally fast part of the day.
𐙚 daydream instead of eating: journal in pretty writing about your thoughts and desires.
༘ 𐙚 consume between 300 - 700 calories each day.
𐙚 eat small amounts of simple, yummy foods that you enjoy.
༘ 𐙚 take long walks, appreciate beautiful scenery, and write poems outdoors.
𐙚 find inspo in magazines. you can also distract yourself with vacation pamphlets and ads. cut out the pictures and make a collage of places you want to go and the person you want to be.

Breakfast
You wake up slowly at 12 pm. Harsh sunlight beams at your window through the elm trees that line your street. Take the time to put your hair into beautiful waves or curls. You pluck your eyebrows, remove peach fuzz from your cheeks, and put on some strawberry lip balm. Before you know it, it’s afternoon and you haven’t ate anything.
Go to the kitchen and take your time to plate a slice of bread with ham and light mayo (~200 cal), or a small salad with tomatoes, avocado, and some feta (~120 cal). Then you return to your room and listen to old records, sipping on a diet coke (0 cal).

Lunch
Find a popsicle in your freezer (30-150 cal) and take it out into the sunny front yard. Watch your gardener trim flower bushes at the end of your driveway. Walk down your street, observing your neighbors, picking flowers, and watching birds perched in elm trees. Find a field and spend some time sitting there writing poems.

Dinner
You return home hours later. The table is set with salad, baked lemon chicken, and mashed potatoes. You put some on your plate (~200-400) and eat slowly, entirely disinterested in the meal. You’re busy thinking about school, your crush, or something pretty you want to buy. When you’re done, excuse yourself and go to your room.

Late night drink
After dark, drink some peach schnapps or sugarfree soda. Go outside, watch the stars, and listen to old love songs.
